Welcome Back! Happy 2018!
Welcome back to a new year! The kids and teachers were excited to get back to school! We had a great return these past couple of days! We have a lot coming ahead in 2018! Hang on and enjoy the ride! It goes so fast!
Mother/Son Bowling
I’m hoping all you mommies of boys were able to participate in this special evening! This past Saturday, was the EBS Mother/Son Bowling! Check out some of these pics from our TK boys!
Penguin Parade
Next Friday is the annual EBS Penguin Parade! For this day, each class at our school will march for a trait that they value and have learned about! Our class will be walking for compassion! We are working to learn more about having compassion for others.
All families are welcome to join us. We will not be on campus, so even if you are not cleared you are welcome to walk with us. Mid-morning (more details will come out next week regarding specific times) we all meet in the parking lot of the school. We will get to lead the pack since were are the youngest at the school. The students will be making signs and a banner this week that we will carry during the parade! The parade will last about 30 – 45 minutes in total until we return to class.

Martin Luther King Jr.
This month we are learning about Martin Luther King Jr. and his impact on our nation. He is a man who had much compassion for others and made a huge impact on others through is leadership and courage.
Valentine’s Day
Valentine’s Day is coming up next month! I know there are always a few families to like to get an early start on their Valentine’s so I like to send this out to give out an important message regarding this fun holiday of giving!
- There is NO CANDY or FOOD allowed in any of the valentines. This is policy is designed to keep all kids safe. There are many other non-food options. Check out Pinterest or there are even a few non-food ideas sold with Valentine kits in stores.
- Please make sure when you are filling out your valentines DO NOT label who the valentine is for. Only label the “From: ” Though it may not seem as personal it is extremely helpful to each little mail deliverer as they fill their friends bag with notes/goodies.
- There are 21 kids in our class so you aware of how many to make/purchase.
